il s’agit selon l’Adie de mettre désormais à la disposition des agents de l’administration, du citoyen et des partenaires, un Centre de services (CDS) « qui est un guichet unique pour assurer un traitement diligent des requête, des incidents, problèmes, et plaintes que vous souhaitez soumettre à l’ADIE pour solution. »
L’objectif est de permettre à l’ADIE de se rapprocher davantage de l’administration et des citoyens, pour plus d’efficacité, d’efficience et de satisfaction.
Concernant le nouveau portail «de grands changements ont été apportés afin de vulgariser des services et informer sur les activités de l’Agence.
L’Adie a aussi donné une place importante aux réseaux sociaux avec son compte Facebook et twitter. Tout ceci pour booster sa communication sur la toile et donner la parole aux internautes pour une meilleure compréhension de ses activités
